My mission when directing youth programming is always to create a safe and inspiring environment for youth to express themselves and have every opportunity to be creative, think critically, and take risks in a supportive and joyful atmosphere.

By focusing on the process of theatre, young people to grow into confident individuals sharpening problem-solving skills, learning to collaborate and understanding the positive result of respecting themselves and others.
